Due to the Greek tax system, this voucher system would not work. Plus few shops open year round. And few shop owners care. Juices & Books used to give a small discount to volunteers but no longer.

A suggestion, if I may: would shops in the towns be willing to give discount vouchers that can be distributed to volunteers based on hours worked?
This could be a token of recognition by the community and also a great incentive.

Thank you. It was a very long wait indeed. Now I have to organise maintenance as I can’t see the municipality doing it. We are looking for trail angels as they have in Andros.
